There is something for everyone at the Niceville Public Library, from children’s story times to a unique space for teens to book clubs for adults. The library collection currently consists of over 70,000 items. In addition to print materials, there are DVDs and Blu-Rays, audio books, music CDs, video games and even a telescope available for checkout. Your library card also allows access a digital collection of magazines, eBooks and audio books. Visitors have free access to computers and wireless internet, and print, fax and copy services are available for a small fee. Throughout the library are areas convenient for homework, research and group study. The Friends of the Library Book Store, open Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 am until 2 pm and Saturdays from 10 am until 1:30 pm, offers used books, magazines and more at great prices, with all proceeds benefiting the Library. And don’t forget to check out the 700-gallon saltwater aquarium.
