I am a yoga teacher that since a very early age discovered the power of this art, made it part of my life and have made it my mission to share it with the world. You can find me teaching in a beautiful new location where the energy is positive, healing and up-lifting: Sofitco Studios in Blue Mountain Beach, Florida.
