Get Sorted is an affordable legal alternative for individuals looking to get divorced who have either been turned down for Legal Aid or simply can’t afford or don’t desire to hire an attorney. We also assist with establishing paternity, step-parent adoptions, modifications of previous court orders, motions for contempt, wills and much more.

According to Martindale Nolo Research's 2015 divorce study, the average divorce in Florida cost $13,500, including $10,700 in attorneys' fees. The average hourly fee charged by Florida divorce lawyers was $260 per hour.

Get Sorted is an affordable self-help legal document preparation service who assists Pro Se (self-represented) litigants with the required legal documents they need to get their case filed in court. We also assist Pro Se respondents who’ve had a case filed against them and time is of the essence.

We represent a low-cost alternative for legal services. Not a substitute for an attorney – an alternative! Get Sorted is not a law firm, as such, none of our legal document preparers will be acting as your attorney. We cannot provide legal advice. All documents will be completed at your specific direction. If you need legal advice on any legal matter you will be referred to the Florida Bar.
