Gulf Coast Industry Night

06/22/2017 03:12PM ● Published by Manda Koolis

We have a TON of local talent in our beautiful Emerald Coast area. There are multiple places where you can hear some of the bigger names - Continuum, Forest Williams Band, Deja Vu - between Panama City Beach and Pensacola. But what about the local talent that hasn't quite hit their stride yet? Enter Allison Morris of Limitless Entertainment. Allison sat down with me over lunch down at Magnolia Grill in downtown FWB to tell me about why she's pushing to start a local musical scene.

Allison has a heart for getting people started. With a passion for seeing dreams come true, she seeks out talent that is just starting out and gets them moving forward. Whether that's local showcases, private concerts, or even record deals, Alison has had her foot in the music world for quite a while. She has successfully seen Industry Night to fruition in multiple locations, including Chattanooga and Atlanta.

Her desire to see those starting out get somewhere with their career is what fuels her, but she also desires to see a community created for local musicians. They say a rising tide raises all ships and that is exactly what she aims to provide for the area. There's a need for a place for local musicians to come together, share their music and find like-minded souls.

You can take part in the very first Industry Night, tonight, June 22nd, at the Tipsy Pig in downtown Fort Walton Beach. Visit www.gulfcoastindustrynight.eventbrite.com to get your tickets before the show for $10 or you can get tickets at the door for $15.
