Hey, Mommas! Have you been looking for a way to get out of the house and tackle your fitness goals in a way that doesn't require you to find childcare? Look no further! Fit4Mom has expanded to the Niceville area! For more information on signing up and becoming a part of this awesome new group that INCLUDES your kiddos so that you can get fit, visit Fit4Mom's website and get informed on how you can get involved.

Nobody says it better than they do about who they are and what they're doing:

"FIT4MOM is the country's largest fitness program for moms offering pre and post-natal fitness classes for every stage of motherhood. FIT4MOM classes give you a total body workout and can be modified for any level of exercise. We will soon be proudly offering Stroller Strides, Fit4Baby and Body Back at our Niceville location.
Stroller Strides classes offer moms an opportunity to workout while they meet other moms and keep the class fun for their little ones.
Body Back classes are a results-based workout program for moms of any age that are high intensity, interval formats that give a total body workout.
Our Village (mom's club) holds weekly playgroup activities after classes and monthly Mom’s Night Out events.
Whether you're a soon-to-be mother or a mom with stroller-aged children, join us for a fun, rewarding, and effective fitness program that will give you strength for motherhood!"

We're so excited that this is a program that will be offered in this area for our mommas! We know how hard it is to fit into your schedule time for yourself, so let a support group help you do it!
