Experience 50 acres of animals and wildlife at the Gulf Breeze Zoo! The largest and best zoo in the area, the Gulf Breeze Zoo has it all. Whether you’re hanging with hippos, playing with pigs, or galloping with gazelles, you are sure to have to time of your life.

Travel to the aviary and have birds land on your head or fly right past your face. Visit the farm where you can feed and pet baby goats, rams, sheep, and pigs. Hop on the train to visit hippos, rhinos, zebras, and more. The Gulf Breeze Zoo has a very wide variety of animals; you can even occasionally spy albino peacocks strutting about!

Visit the interaction station at the park for hands-on animal encounters and get close to some of your favorite zoo animals.  Call ahead to schedule a behind-the-scenes animal tour, allowing you to see the park as a zookeeper does!  And on the third Saturday of every month, come to “Zoo Tots!” to enjoy crafts, story time, and a private animal encounter.

The Gulf Breeze Zoo is open 363 days a year, closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Cool Factors:   Wildlife, petting zoo, hands-on animal encounters
