Coolest Game

Monopoly Visit South Walton

Monopoly is not a ‘new’ game. After all, it has been mass-produced and distributed since 1935 and it is world famous! More than 275 million games have been sold worldwide, it’s available in 111 countries in 43 languages, and has been played by over one billion people. But what IS new about this game is the cool new MONOPOLY®: Visit South Walton Edition! Those of us who live, work, visit and love the Emerald Coast can now compete to own all that this magical area has to offer. In this distinctive area version, classic MONOPOLY® properties such as Boardwalk and Park Place have been replaced by a collection of South Walton’s unique beach neighborhoods, natural wonders, signature events, art galleries and destination restaurants. One of the iconic railroads has even been replaced by On The Coast – the little gem you hold in your hands can be yours to own if the dice roll in your favor!

Try to avoid paying a fine for an expired Walton County Beach Permit or going “Directly to Jail” for having glass bottles on the beach! In the MONOPOLY®: Visit South Walton Edition, one can buy 30A and Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and WaterColor, WaterSound, Seacrest and Gulf Place, Grayton Beach, the Coastal Dune Lakes and the State Parks. You can charge your friends rent, pass Go, and collect $200. Imagine rolling around the game on a YOLO Board® buying up the deeds to the most famous places in South Walton in a quest to become the next beach property tycoon. Now that would be very cool!

Cool Factors: Reminiscing about fun family times created during your visits to South Walton..
